What ICSG does
Hands-on work on your SAI360 or BWise platform. No slide decks without configuration behind them.
Implementation & configuration
From requirements to a working platform: workflows, forms, portlets and security set up the way your process actually runs.
Health checks
A review of your current set-up: configuration, performance, usability and reporting, with a short list of fixes and a realistic roadmap.
Integration & customization
Data loads, interfaces and custom logic that connect SAI360 to the rest of your landscape.
Dashboards & reporting
Reports and Power BI dashboards on top of SAI360 that give risk and compliance teams answers instead of exports.
Support & maintenance
A direct line to someone who knows your configuration, for fixes, small changes and keeping the platform healthy.
Training
Training for administrators and key users, so your own team can run and change the platform with confidence.
Independent by choice
ICSG is not a reseller and has no licence targets. That means straight advice on what to configure, what to leave out-of-the-box and what to drop, based on what works in your organisation.
Already working with an implementation partner? ICSG can also support your internal team or take over day-to-day platform support.

About ICSG
ICSG was founded by Charley van der Helm, who has spent more than 14 years implementing and supporting BWise and SAI360 at organisations such as ABN AMRO, De Nederlandsche Bank, Robeco and Ardian.
You work with Charley directly: the person who scopes the work is the person who builds it. For larger programmes, ICSG brings in experienced GRC consultants from its own network.

Common questions
Is BWise the same as SAI360?
Yes. BWise is now part of SAI360 and the platform is sold under the SAI360 name. Many organisations still call it BWise. ICSG works with older BWise environments and current SAI360 versions.
Which SAI360 modules do you work with?
Third-party risk management (TPRM), DORA and ICT risk, IT risk management, contract lifecycle management, issue and action management, incident management, operational and enterprise risk, internal control, internal audit and regulatory compliance, in both SAI360 and older BWise versions.
Can you build Power BI reports on SAI360?
Yes. SAI360 comes with integrated Power BI, and ICSG builds reports and dashboards on top of your SAI360 data: overviews per entity, risk and control status, third-party and incident reporting, and the management or committee reports your teams now put together by hand in Excel.
Can you help with AI in SAI360?
Yes, SAI360 includes embedded AI, such as suggested assessment responses, document summaries, risk prioritisation and AI-assisted incident routing. The Enterprise edition can also connect external AI tools to SAI360 workflows. ICSG helps you decide which features are worth switching on, configures them in your existing workflows and keeps them in line with how your organisation works.
Is ICSG an official SAI360 partner?
No. ICSG is independent. There are no licence sales targets, so advice is based on what works in your set-up.
Do you work outside the Netherlands?
Yes. ICSG is based in Rosmalen, the Netherlands, and works with clients worldwide, mostly remote and on site when needed.
Have a SAI360 or BWise question?
Whether it's a new implementation, a platform that isn't doing what it should, or a second opinion: describe the situation and you'll get a personal reply. New clients and existing support clients use the same form.
